My expertise spans all aspects of event coordination, from managing registration processes and exhibit booths to overseeing receptions, guest lists, transportation logistics, and table seating. I thrive in ensuring flawless execution, be it on or off-site.

Serving as the linchpin in event strategy calls and presentations, I bring creativity and meticulous planning to every project.

In the realm of tradeshows, I have taken charge of coordinating various elements, including vendor management and the implementation of innovative ideas for giveaways and event swag.

At the core of my responsibilities is the seamless coordination of on-site support, fostering collaboration between guests, corporate sponsors, internal venue teams, events teams, and audiovisual crews. My commitment to social media engagement plays a pivotal role in pre and post-event promotion, effectively increasing awareness and engagement among both members and external audiences.

From coordinating venues, run-of-show, and agenda on the day of the event to strategizing with writers and graphic artists for marketing materials, I ensure that every detail contributes to a memorable and impactful event experience.

This includes producing marketing materials for corporate sponsors, digital email blast newsletters, and creating compelling content for social media.

As a meticulous editor and proofreader, I review all correspondence, marketing materials, newsletters, and social media posts before distribution to high-level corporate sponsors and the organization's members.
